What the app accesses

When a merchant installs Entomos Builder, the app receives an access token for that store and can read and write the store data covered by the permissions shown during installation: products and collections, pages and blog content, and files and images.

The app does not request access to orders or to customer personal data.

What we store

• The store domain and the access tokens needed to work on that store
• A log of the webhooks Shopify sends us (topic and time), for troubleshooting

We do not copy a merchant's catalogue, customers or orders into any other system.

Why we store it

Only to perform the store setup and maintenance work the merchant has hired Entomos to do. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

How long we keep it

Tokens are deleted when the app is uninstalled or when the merchant asks us to remove them. Webhook logs are kept for a maximum of 90 days.

Merchant and customer requests

We implement Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Since the app stores no customer personal data, customer requests are answered with a "no data held" response; on shop/redact we delete the store's tokens and records. Any request can also be sent directly to info@entomosnet.com and is answered within 30 days.

Security

All traffic runs over HTTPS. Webhooks are verified with Shopify's HMAC signature and rejected if the signature does not match. Tokens are stored on our own server, not with third parties.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.

La app recibe un token de la tienda que la instala y accede solo a lo que se muestra al instalarla: productos, colecciones, páginas, contenido y archivos de imagen. No pide acceso a pedidos ni a datos personales de clientes. Guardamos el dominio de la tienda, sus tokens y un registro de webhooks (máximo 90 días), solo para hacer el trabajo contratado.
